Anupam Sarkar (born 26 April 1985) is an Indian footballer, from Kolkata in West Bengal. He plays at the Defender position for Mohun Bagan AC of the I-League.[1] He is also the captain of the West Bengal football team, which represents the state of West Bengal in the Santosh Trophy, which won the 2010 Santosh Trophy.[2]

Career

Before he played for East Bengal FC[3] and Mohammedan SC. For the season 2011-12 he has joined India's national club prayag united .
